My name is John ----- and I wanted to just take a moment to compliment one of your agents, Mr. Trey Askew.  This past week, my wife and I were up from Texas in the Baltimore area house hunting.  We had done extensive work on our own, had seen 20 properties, but none lived up to our demands.  We did not have prior arrangements with Trey, and only received his name when I called the office Wednesday morning 13 April attempting set up an appointment to view a couple of rental properties in the North Baltimore (Baltimore County area).  Trey met with us the following afternoon with open arms.

Well words can not explain the warm reception, the professionalism, competence, and genuine regard Mr. Askew displayed in the attempts to assist my family in our transition to the Baltimore area.  I am a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army who has dragged his family around the world 9 other times in 17 years house hunting, and never before have we had the opportunity in meeting such a professional who was willing to go the extra yard--even if it was just a rental!  We have dealt with agents when purchasing and renting properties: agents from Caldwell Banker, Remax, Century 21 and few international Real Estate Agents too, and none come close to the standards exhibited by the Long and Foster Agent Trey Askew.  We will be in the Baltimore Area for at least a year as I assume the duties and responsibilities at the ----------------------------.  It is possible that sometime during the year we may choose to retire from service and reside in the Baltimore County area.  Thus we will be looking to purchase a home in the Baltimore County Area; I now know who my buying agent will be.
